Okay, okay, I caved to bookstagram and booktube by taking a break from mysteries to read, In a Holidaze. This is the first straight rom-com that I’ve read in a long time. Actually, thinking about it, it’s the second I’ve read in the last two years after The Notebook. Now there are some problematic parts to this rom-com. Especially Andrew’s little hangout (no spoilers) but overall this book was totally cute, an easy read, and what I needed after reading such dark stories.
